The insane water-efficiency of this variety coupled with no additions in the vineyard or winery (save for a small component of SO2 at bottling) displays the potential for this variety to craft succulent, juicy, aromatic and supremely refreshing wine (12% abv!). This is one of the "new wave" Australian wineries, making youthful, fresh, minimal intervention wines (wild yeast fermented, no acidification, etc) that are clean and well-balanced. They use sustainable practices, with no pesticides or fungicides, and a small use of herbicides for some of the vineyards.
