Natural, Indigenous yeasts, No added sulfites
The Rosé Tutti Frutti Ananas 'Magrana' is made from a combination of Syrah and Carignan grapes grown sustainably in the Roussillon region at the foot of the French Pyrenees. After harvesting, the grapes are transferred to the cellar for immediate soft pressing, with the must thus obtained then undergoing spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks using only indigenous yeasts. Also in stainless steel is the maturation period of a few months that precedes final bottling, carried out without prior clarification or filtration and with minimal doses of added sulphites, if the wine so requires. The 'Magrana' Rosato of the Tutti Frutti Ananas project has an intense, slightly veiled pink colour. The nose is played on pleasant perceptions of wild berries, cherry and black cherry, surrounded by nuances of aromatic herbs and hints of iodine. The sip is graceful and dynamic, fresh and crisp, with a juicy finish in which the fruity sensations of the nose return.
