The fifth and final expression in our award-winning Hebridean Series is an indulgent single malt inspired by Mull's deep connection to the global seafaring community. Expect signature Tobermory notes of pineapple and toffee caramel intertwined with zesty marmalade and cinnamon spice. NOSE An aroma rich with the scent of cinnamon pastries and dark black fruits. Sweet apricot and dried figs are joined by the earthy notes of toasted oak, all rounded off with a bright twist of orange zest. Figs, blackcurrants, brambles and hazelnuts are scattered across a table and drizzled with treacle toffee. PALATE A thick layer of marmalade spreads across the palate, complemented by warming cinnamon spice. The flavours unfold to reveal fig rolls, blackcurrant, and brambles, with a touch of honey-roasted nuts and a hint of treacle toffee. Raspberries, pomegranates, mandarins and nutmeg. FINISH The finish is steady and lasting, featuring red berry compote, fresh mandarins, and a pinch of nutmeg for good measure. CASK INFORMATION This exceptional whisky began its journey in ex-Bourbon casks, originating from our cherished and now-archived Tobermory 15 Year Old release. After years of gentle maturation, it was elevated to new heights, spending an additional 12 years in the finest González Byass Oloroso Sherry casks.
