Founded in 2024 by Chelsea Hinman Miller, Tior marks her transition from the family business to launching her own brand. Born to one of the founding fathers of the Oregon Wine Industry, Doyle Hinman, Chelsea grew up on Hinman Vineyards, which was established in 1972. Growing up in the Willamette Valley, she was immersed in all aspects of winery and vineyard management.
