Bright golden hue with light amber reflections. Fresh and vivid on the nose — ripe orchard fruits, vine blossom, and apricot, followed by delicate sweet spices. The palate is frank and lively with flavors of pear, citrus, and light caramel, plus oak spice and subtle texture. The finish is clean, pure, and vibrant with lingering vanilla, white flowers, and gentle spice. Double distilled in small pot stills and double aged in Limousin oak for 24+ months (first in new barrels for structure and spice, then in old barrels for roundness), hand-selected by Cellar Master Romain Martial.
