The second release of this lesser known Rhone variety - and one that Tercero is really excited about! The 2023 release is an equal blend of lots from the Nolan Vineyard in Los Alamos and the Camp 4 Vineyard in eastern Santa Ynez. Both were brought in separately, foot stomped by Larry, fermented with their stems, pressed and then aged for about a year in older 500 liter puncheons. Bright and fresh and wildly aromatic, this a perfect year round wine!
