AGING: 8 months oak aging with partial malolactic fermentation; minimum 30 months of ageing in bottles and minimum 3 months after disgorgement, no fining and light filtration, disgorgement December 2024 with a dosage liqueur vinified in barrels. Dosage: 4g/L.
