Emy-Lidia is Sébastien Poly's white wine, made from 100% Vermentino grapes from 50 year old vines on schist and granite soil. A very harmonious cuvée, with superb balance and finesse. A lovely nose of pear and ripe white fruit on the palate with a fresh, mineral texture.
Tasty and full-bodied, the Emy Lydia white follows a fine oxidative line, but remains fresh and taut.
