Winemaker Notes: “This wine is a scrumptious Quincy. The twenty year old vines bring out the fruit and balance of the Sauvignon Blanc, while the old vines deliver up all their concentration and complexity. The wine has a brilliant, pale yellow color. Very expressive aromas of ripe fruit can be detected on the nose. On the palate, the wine is well-balanced and complex. Here we can feel the full force of the old vines bringing forth the full expression of the terroir.”
