Tasting Notes,
Nose: caramelized pears, earth, cooked agave, warm spices
Palate: dried fruits, cooked agave, wet earth, baked bread, cinnamon, vanilla
Finish: lasting and a tiny bit acidic with hints of golden raisins and honey
