Shibata Apple is based on a junmai sake made with Ginpu rice from Hokkaido, known for its clarity and elegant aroma.
The red apples are pressed with their skins left on, allowing the juice to maintain a natural, not-too-sweet profile with a subtle hint of refreshing acidity and 8% ABV.
Each individual apple yields only about 20ml of juice. Delicious, and comes in a super-cute glass flask!
