We are constantly on the lookout, particularly around the spring and summer seasons, for Chardonnays that will perfectly pair with the warming weather and menu changes said weather tends to bring about. When the Mercury soars, we want some relief from the heat. We also want wines that will go with our summer seafood and white meat dishes, salads, lighter fare, cheeses (always!) and more. Chardonnay is a great fit! This Sean Minor, in particular, has some amazing fruit flavors in the foreground while the body keeps the wine grounded-- persistent acidity keeps the fruits clean and light.
