WINERY NOTES -
This Pinot Noir develops a deep, fine, already very open nose, dominated by aromas of black fruits. The palate does not lack density; the attack is round and delicious, the tannins are robust and well-blended. This balance reveals a power and richness more common to our 1er crus than to our villages…Leave it in the bottle for two to three years to "mature". It will then go very well with cooked red meats and spicy dishes. With a few more years, it will go well with a platter of mature cheeses.
