Dead Guy Whiskey uses the exact same grain bill as Rogue Ales' flagship Dead Guy Ale. Fermented with distiller's yeast, then copper pot distilled and finally ocean aged in American oak casks. Toasted grain and citrus initiate the nose. Following are complex malt flavors with notes of honey, biscuit, and stone fruit. The oak lends vanilla tones with a clean dry finish.
