Cultivated across two distinct slopes, vintner G.S. Sareen's property encompasses divergent soils and contrasting aspects, unifying to form a faithful expression of Rewa Estate. The vineyards are managed by Mike Wolff, whose skill has also been instrumental in the added prominence at Beckstoffer Vineyards, Scarecrow, Adamvs, Kelly Fleming, Vine Hill Ranch, and others. At the winemaking Helm is Celia Welch. Celia is truly one of the superstars of the Napa Valley, and in addition to Rewa, she also crafts the wines at Scarecrow, Castiel, and her own Corra label.

Rewa's Cabernet was crafted entirely from the Rewa Estate in Coombsville, Napa Valley. The hand-harvested fruit was picked by-block prior to dawn, fermented separately, and kept as discreet lots for approximately ten months. The wine was then blended and returned to barrels for an additional year of aging in French oak.

Deep and intriguing, 2019 Rewa Cabernet Sauvignon has an intensity, both visually and on the palate. The fruit is dark and speckled with milk chocolate, fig jam, caramelized sugar, and cherry wood. The vintage offers additional notes of sweet licorice, baking spice, dried marjoram, and lavender that are showcased in a wine of incredible structure. It is lifted by the grape's natural acidity and finishes with finely polished tannins. 2019 Rewa is worthy of any collector's cellar.

ANTONIO GALLONI 95 POINTS - "The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is elegant, precise and refined, all qualities that make it a real pleasure to taste today. Inky dark fruit, lavender, mocha and dried herbs flesh out in the glass, framed by grippy tannins that give the wine its shape. The 2019 is shaping up to be a real gem."
