Relic's goal with this wine is to present the best Napa Cabernet Sauvignon possible for the price. These are all barrels they love from Kenefick Ranch and La Place Vineyard, and the wine is aged in 60% new French Oak. Displaying a deep ruby color with a splash of magenta and a black core, the wine jumps out of the glass with dark fruit compote, black fig, exotic spice notes, deep chocolate and bourbon vanilla tones. On the palate, this Cab is powerful and rich, yet like all the Relic wines, it displays balance and freshness with red and black fruits in waves of dense flavor.
