WINERY NOTES - "La Chatenière is one of the oldest vineyard of Saint-Aubin planted in Chardonnay. Aged 12 months (3 months in stainless steel tank) and 100% oak barrels (20% of new oak.) It is a very floral wine with notes of citrus at the end of the mouth which give it length and finesse. Best enjoyed between 2021 and 2027."
BURGHOUND - " Clear fresh colour. Quality nose, more on tension than flesh. A little bit of sunshine behind but this is quite reserved. There is density and tension though, with a fresh and chiseled finish."
