POLZ 2022 SAUVIGNON BLANC 750ML

A delicious, light and clean Sauvignon Blanc from Styria. Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. The nose is very a beautiful bouquet of elderflowers and lemon verbena. On the palate there is a hint of grapefruit but this cheerful Sauvignon Blanc is dominated by more tropical notes like passionfruit and a little papaya. Aged in stainless steel, and is light and crisp with fine acidity and a clean finish. Drink chilled. Try with Ceviche! Sustainably grown.
