Les Mottelettes is a precise expression of Bouzy terroir, combining a rich ripeness with chalky finesse. 100% Chardonnay from this single vineyard planted in 1961, harvested in the excellent 2019 vintage. The vins clairs are fermented entirely in barrel, bottled unfiltered and unfined, then aged on lees for a full four years before disgorgement in January of 2024 with 3 g/L dosage.
