PIERRE GIRARDIN 2020 BOURGOGNE ROUGE ECLAT DE CALCAIR

This incredible wine shows beautifully with ethereal aromas of wild strawberries, red currants, and ripe sour cherries. A vein of minerality keeps the wine fresh and alive, while adding complexity to the wine’s sappy and textured frame. Very true to a Vosne-Romanée style. The wine is farmed organically and the grapes are sourced from three Lieux-dits in Vosne-Romanée which are La Croixe Blanche, Lutenière, and Les Chassagnes. All of the vines are 30+ year old.
