The Cuvée Oenophile Non Dosé 2018 is a 100% Chardonnay. A complex champagne, perfectly matured. After spending a long time aging on the lees, we discovered a great champagne Nature of superb finesse. It benefits from a very "Grands Crus" blend (70%) (45% Cramant Grand Cru, 30% Chouilly Grand Cru, 22% Cuis 1er cru and 3% Oger Grand Cru). The 2018 Oenophile is the same blend as the 2018 Fleuron, without dosage (ie without shipping liqueur). This natural champagne is the extract of Great Chardonnay, intended for lovers of very racy champagnes, lovers of mineral Blanc de Blancs.
