SUSTAINABLE FARMING
Pierre Boisson is the son of the famous Bernard Boisson (Domaine Boisson-Vadot). With his sister Anne, they gradually took over the family estate. Located in Meursault, the Pierre Boisson estate covers 3.5 hectares. The vines are worked "the old-fashioned way," without chemical fertilizers and with tilling of the soil. The aging is long and with very few new barrels, the stirring is carried out gently, and the wines are not filtered. Pierre Boisson chooses very long aging in old barrels to avoid marking the wine. The prices remain reasonable, making it one of the very best addresses in the Côte de Beaune.
