Tasting note: The Meursault de Pierre Boisson is beautiful. The wine unfolds in the glass with a pure bouquet of citrus zest, candied lemon, oatmeal and custard. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, elegantly bright and vibrant, with succulent acids, balanced, and a long, well defined finish. Concentrated and full of energy, it has a great future ahead of it.
