Auxey-Duresses, a village in Burgundy just above Meursault, is becoming more and more important over time, as the wines from the main towns there become increasingly expensive and hard to find. Pierre Boisson is a younger producer making wine out of his family's winery here, Boisson-Vadot. He's a talent those in the know are starting to obsess over. Rich, salty, citrus fruit. Great with sushi!
