The latest release in Penelope's supremely popular Cooper Series, Penelope Havana Cooper Series Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a 93-proof non-age-stated MGP distillate that's dual finished in a combination of Caribbean rum casks (12 months) and Maple Syrup casks (1 month). Composed of a 74% Corn, 16% Wheat, 7% Rye, 3% Malted Barley mash, the dual cask finishing process imparts an elevated sweetness to an already excellent bourbon with hints of molasses, sticky maple and honey and caramelized sugar, oak and allspice.
