This zippy Chardonnay comes from a unique combination of Mediterranean and higher-altitude growing that Sicily's Mt. Etna volcano offers. As you might imagine based on the native whites from Etna, this is no average chardonnay! Aged partly in concrete and partly in larger oak barrels, this is citrusy, appley, and floral, along with savory, stony and flinty accents. Try this with creamy pastas and rich seafood dishes.
