From Cognac Park, the craft cognac house created in 1993 by Scottish entrepreneur Dominique Park in partnership with Jérôme Tessendier, and produced by Distillerie Tessendier — established in 1880 in the Borderies cru, when mathematics teacher Gaston Tessendier inherited the Domaine du Buisson vineyards. Today the fourth generation, Jérôme and Lilian Tessendier, serve as Cellar Master and Master Blender. Blossom is the house's Borderies XO expression — a harmonious blend of Borderies eaux-de-vie aged 10 to 15 years in French oak barrels, honoring the cherished land of the Tessendier family estate.
