WOW! This sake is elegant, fun, big, boisterous, and charming. Upon sipping, it is medium/full-bodied on the palate, with notes of white flowers, cantaloupe, banana, strawberry, and coconut. It is off-dry so there is some sweetness, but in perfect balance. The finish is soft, luscious and lingering. We (much) later found out that the singer Pharrell Williams is part-owner of this sake. Cool! Maybe that explains the modern and sleek packaging. Regardless of the star-factor, this sake has tons of Wow-factor.
