The simplest expression of classic distillates from Bordiga. 100% natural gin made from the historic "dry juniper liqueur" recipe, using hand-picked juniper berries from the Alpine valleys where the Occitan language is still spoken. Only four main botanicals: angelica, juniper, cardamom, and a secret ingredient, with orange and lemon peel infused via gin basket. Traditionally made from wild (non-cultivated) juniper from the Maritime Alps near Cuneo, Piedmont.
Nose: Characteristic and intense bouquet of spices accompanied by floral and citrus aromas.
Palate: Round and balanced. Opens with cucumber and a hint of tarragon freshness. Crisp, smooth finish brings in juniper, grapefruit pith, and a hint of white pepper.
