NINE HATS 2021 MALBEC COLUMBIA VALLEY 750mL

Aged for 18 months in 30% new oak barrels and 70% neutral barrels, this Columbia Valley Malbec is rich, ripe, and multi-layered with it's black-purple hue. A small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon was added to provide depth, backbone and complexity. Muddled blueberry and blackberry aromatics combine with savory flavors and hints of spice. Sourced mainly from the Wahluke Slope, this wine has the structure to carry its weight throughout while softening gracefully with age.
