The palate displays vibrant fruit. Spice with layers of cocoa and cherry. The wine is supported by supple tannins and a long-balanced finish. This wine pairs well with grilled foods like lamb burgers, and trip-tip but it's also great with spicy foods like Moroccan eggplant tagine.
