A bold new exploratory in rum; reimagined, and proudly crafted in paradise. Remote and idyllic, Ishigaki is the largest and most mountainous of the Yaeyama Islands, which lie at the southernmost end of Okinawan waters. Isolated across color-soaked seas, and blessed with incredible terrain and tropical climate, sugarcane has thrived on the island for centuries. We aim to illuminate this legacy and delight with new wave, terroir-heavy rums. Tropical Funk. Neon Seas is distilled two times in a stainless steel pot still from a bold, blackstrap molasses that is made on the island, solely from local sugarcanes. Highly distinctive and incredibly rich. It is silver rum cast in a new light.
