Moussé works almost exclusively in stainless steel, with the exception of a small amount of Pinot Meunier destined for his rosé. All cuvées undergo malolactic fermentation. The resulting wines seem to gush with red and dark fruits characteristic of Pinot Meunier, and a structured, saline minerality. 100 % Pinor Meunier. Picking for this 2017 Rose de Saignee started on September 8th with bottling taking place the following April. It was disgorged on May 10th 2021 with a dosage of 3 grams per liter.
