Luc and Jodie's "Mon Chevalier" Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the family's vineyard in the foothills of Knights Valley. The vineyard benefits from its proximity to Mount St. Helena, whose warm and windy climate is ideal for the long ripening of the Bordeaux red varietals. The grapes are first sorted cluster by cluster, then berry by berry, ensuring that only the finest grapes go into the wine.

ANTONIO GALLONI 97 POINTS - "The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Mon Chevalier is a rich, voluminous wine built on textural resonance. Plush and silky, with fabulous depth, the 2019 is a total charmer. I would give it a few years to shed some baby fat. It's super impressive today."

JEB DUNNUCK 97 POINTS - "The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Mon Chevalier is as pure and classy as they come, with lots of cassis and black raspberry styled fruit as well as new leather, dried herbs, and some obvious minerality. Coming from Knights Valley in Sonoma, it’s full-bodied, stunningly textured, has building tannins, and loads of opulence and baby fat. Give it a few years."
