DECANTER 93 POINTS - "Surprisingly ripe aromas of quince and pear lead to a light, silky texture on the palate to deliver a wine of balance and finesse. The grapes come from 2ha of 50-year-old vines in Chitry, near Chablis, planted in soils with hard Portlandian pebbles of a Kimmeridgian base. Fermentation was done in used 600-litre demi-muids on native yeasts with minimum intervention. Approachable now and perfect for current drinking."
