Rich and layered with a mix of fresh and evolving tones, the 2016 has a velvet tannic structure to match! This one comes off as softly dry, certainly not cloying. This is a special wine. You can enjoy this now with just a little air in the glass or decanter (30 minutes or so will do). You can cellar this for a few more years for even softer and evolved character.
