WINERY TASTING NOTES: LUSCIOUS - REFRESHING - VIBRANT
A gleaming color. Vivid pink with golden highlights.
A vibrant, fruity bouquet. Mainly scents of fragrant red berries and cherries: morello cherry, lingonberry and cranberry. Nuances of juicy summer fruits: fig and nectarine with an appetizing note of grenadine. A luscious palate combining sweetness and firmness. The sweetness reminiscent of berries disperses and becomes lighter. A harmonious balance of fruitiness and freshness. A refreshing finish with a deliciously bittersweet note of pink grapefruit.
WINERY TECHNICAL NOTES: Moët Ice Impérial Rosé is the world’s first Rosé champagne specially created to be enjoyed on ice.
-Pinot Noir wines are this cuvee's largest component (45% -55%, of which 10% is red wine). Angular and vinous, these wines were chosen for both the intensity of the fruit and the structural integration of the dosage.
-Pinot Meunier wines (35%-45%, of which 10% is red wine). Round and fleshy, these wines were selected to add richness and middle notes of harmony and suppleness.
-Chardonnay wines with a polished acidity (5%-10%) for a refreshing finish.
Finally the blend is rounded off with 20% to 30% of especially selected reserve wines round out the assemblage by enhancing its intensity, richness and consistency.
