Mijenta's Symphony Series explores the elegance of barrel aging with unique casks built from staves of different wood varieties. Composed of oak from Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania and Virginia, these symphony barrels create a complex ecosystem that continuously enhances the incredible richness of the tequila as it matures for 18 months. As the spirit transforms and evolves, these barrels bring to life something utterly unpredictable. Bottled at 45% ABV, Mijenta's Symphony Series No. 3 showcases the terroir of our fully mature highlands agave complemented by notes of vanilla, caramel, fruits and chocolate imbued by the barrel. TASTING NOTES On the nose Cooked agave, vanilla, subtle smoky notes, semi-sweet chocolate, caramel, rose petals, and dulce de leche. On the eye Amber hues with silver nuances.
