This dry, slightly fizzy, tremendously fun red is a blend of 80% Gamaret and 20% Blaufrankisch and dances on the palate with notes of black cherry and a light baking spice. It is a light-bodied, dry red very similar to a Lambrusco, and quite charming! This Biodynamic wine undergoes 5 days maceration, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, with indigenous yeasts and gentle press. Method ancestrale, with no fining or filtration.
