MAXIME MAGNON 2022 CORBIERES ROZETA

5% Carignan, 30% Cinsault and 35% Grenache Noir, from old vines over 50 years old grown organically and planted in the Hautes Corbières, at an altitude of 200 metres, on schist and clay-limestone soils. Manual harvesting in crates, controlled yields. Natural vinification: indigenous yeasts, low-temperature fermentation, little extraction, gentle pressing, ageing in concrete vats and barrels for 12 months. Bottled at the Domaine without fining or filtration, micro-dose of sulphur at bottling. Notes of strawberry, spices and thyme.
