SAKE METER VALUE (DRYNESS SCALE): +5 (DRY)
This GORGEOUS sake has a beautiful texture...one we haven't encountered in a while. It is made with soft Miyamizu well water. Slight cherry and floral notes engage the drinker. It leaves with a phantom-like finish, and is very "moreish", meaning, it leaves you begging for more. So delightful. It is intoxicating in every sense of the word!
