A family-run winery since 1986, ran by Doro and Jürgen Weber. With the vintage of 2020, their
son, Nicolas, is now part of the business and is following in his parent’s footsteps with a great
understanding and background in winemaking. One of the most special things about the winery is
the fact that they are surrounded by two distinct terroirs. The Saar showcases slate-driven vineyards
and produces incredible Riesling grapes. The famous and world-renowned single vineyard “Ayler
Kupp” is where their Riesling is picked from.
