A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay grapes from select 50+ year-old vines. The Pinot Noir is drawn from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ 1er Cru, Louvois Grand Cru while all the Chardonnay is sourced from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ 1er Cru. Fermented and aged in stainless steel with full malolactic and then bottle aged for 36 months on the lees before being disgorged and finished with a dosage of 5.5g/L.
