This bottling plays up Vermentino's richer tendencies from the Colli di Luna (the foothills of the Ligurian mountains that separate it from Tuscany). Thanks to the grape's zesty fresh acidity and blossom-and-apple character, it's a delicious wine for sunny days and dishes with medium-textured fish (sea bass, halibut, tuna, ...) and roasted chicken or pork with fresh herbs.
