JOHN GILMAN 91 POINTS - "Guillaume Michel’s 2024 Chablis villages had also been bottled in September of 2025. The wine shows a beautiful blend of pure and perfectly ripe fruit and classic underlying minerality in this vintage, delivering a complex and beautifully expressive nose of pear, lime, chalky minerality, anise and a topnote of fruit blossoms. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, zesty and complex, with a lovely core of fruit, fine soil undertow, a lovely spine of acidity and a long, complex and very nicely balanced finish. Good juice."
