Winemaker Laura Roach pulled Pinot Noir from two noteworthy vineyards; Rancho La Vina and Peake Ranch. The grapes were whole cluster pressed to yield a delicate blush juice which was fermented in neutral white French oak barrels and partial Stainless steel. Elegant aromas of cherry blossoms, fresh Asian pear and lime zest. Delicate, blush pink hue in the glass. The palate is bright and mineral driven with a long salivating finish.
