with dominant floral and citrus notes intermixing jasmine, bergamot,
lemon curd, fresh fig, and apple tart. The mousse is delicate and
persistent, gentle on your palate. The entry shows energy and character
with the return of floral notes accented by orchard fruit and Mirabelle
plum. This wine shows great focus and precision because of its freshness
and has a long floral aftertaste. Minerality, and elegance throughout, it is
rewarding now but shows great promise for the next 10-15 years.”
