For the 2025 Edition II, Freddie Noe selected three distinct bourbons representing his family’s lineage: Booker Noe’s bourbon brings oak, char, and smoke; Fred Noe’s bourbon contributes caramel, vanilla, and dark stone fruit; and Freddie’s own bourbon adds fresh apple and pear brightness. Bottled uncut at 120.8 proof, this blend represents an “infinity moment” in motion—complex, balanced, and deeply expressive. Tasting Notes Color: Burnt copper.
