LES EQUILIBRISTES 2023 BISBILLE CABERNET/GRENACHE

Arnaud, the winemaker, manages to bring out very beautiful floral aromas of violet and lavender. The fine minerality on the nose is really typical of the terroirs of Cabardès (Languedoc). It's very fruity on the palate, with a slight tannin, but it's above all very well accompanied by a nice refreshing acidity. Typically barbecue wine with friends, after the beautiful sunny afternoon.
