Fermented for 12 days in custom stainless steel eau-de-vie tanks

Leopold Bros Peach Liqueur is the first fruit brandy distilled in a three chamber still in over 200 years! Made from locally grown Palisade peaches from Talbott Farms, Colorado’s largest grower of peaches, the peaches are pitted and the stones are set aside for amaretto production before the fruit is mashed and fermented in custom German eau-de-vie tanks. After distillation in Leopold Bros’ infamous three chamber still, the eau-de-vie is slowly proofed down from 64% ABV over the course of two months to preserve all congeners and esters before it’s lightly sweetened using Belgian candi sugar—a true labor of love.
